Regional Director m/f:
As the manager of the team you would be in charge of developing and optimising your region's financial results.
- Your responsibilities:
- Working in conjunction with the sales directors, you would be responsible for developing and optimising your region's financial results as well as developing your staff around an ambitious regional "Leader" project, you should have great business acumen and demonstrated product knowledge. You will lead the teams and store managers using key commercial performance indicators and guarantee the brand's identity as a strong vehicle for success. You will work closely with your region's human resources department for the recruitment, integration, training and evaluation of potential employees and their skills.
- Your experience:
- Higher education qualification in a business-related subject. Experience in a similar role or in retail.
- Your skills:
- A good motivator, your management style should combine a motivation to perform, a hands- on approach and confidence in your own people-skills. A recognisable manager, you are a natural leader, feel comfortable taking the initiative, have very high standards and should also be very approachable.
- Your integration:
- After an initial period in a "training" store, you will have all the tools necessary to succeed and carry out your role with confidence.
Store manager m/f:
Leads their team in a dynamic way in order to develop the store's results. Recruit, support and develop each of your employees.
- Your responsibilities:
- As the floor manager you will lead a team of 5 to 10 people in a very dynamic way in order to develop your store's success. You should motivate, support and develop skills in your staff. You should promote our collections in line with our merchandising policies. Passionate about fashion, a true business person, your leadership skills make it easy for people follow you.
- Your experience:
- Experience in operational management in ready-to-wear or retail is essential as well as proven experience in managing a successful store.
- Your skills:
- You should be driven by desire to succeed and a love of customer service and team work.
- Your integration:
- After an initial period in a "training" store, you will have all the tools necessary to succeed and carry out your role with confidence.
Assistant manager m/f:
The store manager's co-pilot, you must know how to lead the team on the shop floor in order to develop the store's success.
- Your responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Store Manager, you will lead a team of 5 to 10 people in a very dynamic way in order to develop your store's success. You should motivate, support and develop skills in your staff. You should promote our collections in line with our merchandising policies. Passionate about fashion, a true business person, your leadership skills make it easy for people follow you.
- Your experience:
- Experience in operational management in ready-to-wear or retail is essential as well as proven experience managing a successful store.
- Your skills:
- You should be driven by desire to succeed and a love of customer service and team work.
- Your integration:

Assistant m/f:
Assist the store manager and lead the team on the shop floor in order to develop the store's success.
- Your responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the store manager you will lead and motivate a team of 3 to 5 people in order to develop your store's success. You should be passionate about fashion and sales, you should promote our collections in line with our merchandising policies and know how to sell with professionalism.
- Your experience:
- Experience of operational management in ready-to-wear or retail is essential. You should have proven experience in managing a successful store.
- Your skills:
- You should be driven by desire to succeed and a love of customer service and team work.

Sales person m/f:
Welcome and advise customers and take part in the general upkeep of the store
- Your responsibilities:
- You should be passionate about fashion and sales, you should promote our collections in line with our merchandising policies and know how to sell with professionalism.
- Your experience:
- Professional qualification or diploma in sales and some initial experience in sales (sales work experience), in ready-to-wear if possible. You must have some knowledge of sales indicators (medium basket, basket item)

- You should be driven by desire to succeed and a love of customer service and team work.
